For those of you who know me, you know that I used to struggle with my weight, binge eating and had low self-esteem. I tried every diet, workout routine and self help book out there.
It was not until I learned how to use my mind, undid and changed my habits, and welcomed a new perception of myself, that my body transformed and weight naturally fell off. When I focused on my mindset, peace came. I learned to love my self as God created me instead of trying to fix or heal my body all the time. My entire focus shifted, and in that shift all my "problems" disappeared. I knew that if this transformation could happen for me, that it could happen for others, too.

The more I changed my inner self talk, the more I started nourishing myself with whole and healthy food. I would naturally move my body every single day, and I would no longer look to all the things that I wanted to "fix", but focused on all the things that were going right.
There were no labels like vegan that I strapped on me. There was no goal weight I was trying to reach. There was no perfecting of my body. There was only a deep love I wanted to have for myself and others. This love has transformed my food habits, my perception, my body and my relationship to food and myself.
I now eat to nourish myself AND my family. I now have giving at the center of my thought system instead of fear of gaining weight. My whole world has changed.
My inner and outer changes have been so great in my life that I am inspired to teach about them and offer what I have learned in as many ways as possible.
