I answered the question, and felt that this needed to be shared even more. Its time that all of us move beyond concepts, and into the realm of experience. I have shared my response with all of you below.
Question:
Is it just me, or does the teaching that no one is here make miracles pointless?
Is it just me, or does the teaching that no one is here make miracles pointless?
Response:
Miracles are interpersonal. They happen through the joining of our minds with each other and God..... they cannot be experienced alone. Forgiveness is more individual and happens first in your mind with Holy Spirit, and then extends to the minds of another...... But a miracle cannot be had with out two people, it is a shared experience that increases the faith of both the giver and receiver.
To deny the corrective agent of either the Holy Spirit, Jesus, our brothers- IS saying that "no one exists"...and to deny all this, is to deny Gods entire plan for miracles and Salvation, and to be lost, swimming in concepts and drowning in a pool of the intellect. For Gods WIll IS reality, which is forever eternally present here and now.
To use the term "there is no one here" with out the focus on what IS here, we are forgetting about the VISION of Christ which is the ticket TO miracles. We must first SEE our brothers, before we are willing enough and able to GIVE miracles through us to Him. As a miracle principal points out "miracles are for believers by believers" you need TWO people who believe in the power of God (or Christ in each other), to experience a miracle together. The bible even affirms this "when two or more gather in my name there I AM".
Jesus is consistent in his message, but for whatever reason the ideas of "there is no one here/noone exists" passes through the spiritual intellectual passing a personal test for truth LOL. But even though it is true that this world is a dream, and all things in it are made up ideas, beliefs and concepts of the mind that exist only in the mind and thus don't exist at all; we are still remembering that this illusory world does NOT matter. What DOES matter is what we are in relationship to each other, to the world and to our Father. This relationship is a holy one, that extends an entirely new vision, experience and world. This new world is shared, happy and cooperative. When we move beyond concepts, we can experience what I am sharing here. We all can experience our shared identity, because we are equal children of God. In our shared identity, we are miracle workers, naturally.
Lets not focus our minds on what is "not here" and focus instead on what IS here. The reality of the Grace of God inside the hearts of all, here to illuminate our minds, heal our wounds and transform our lives for the good and miraculous. Put your mind on what is True, give your mind to the divine for healing, and all will be given you to give.
